Vladislav Nadtochiy is a practising lawyer with extensive experience in the legal support of major real-estate transactions. He also provides legal support to corporate clients in international mergers and acquisitions, including the purchase or sale of legal entities or specific assets. Vladislav advises on the legal aspects of investment-project financing and corporate security. His academic background in law, economics, taxation and appraisal enables him to find the most optimal solutions for clients.
Vladislav holds licences for appraisal activity, advocacy and notarial activity, as well as for the provision of legal services not related to advocacy.
In 2014 Vladislav became a certified expert of Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. in the detection and investigation of counterfeit goods.
